WCC Membership
WCC is proud to support tournament chess in the Southern Maryland area and is an official United States Chess Federation (USCF) Affiliate.
A principal benefit of membership is the availability of a family friendly environment to play, watch and study chess with others interested in the world’s greatest game of strategy, creativity, and wit.
WCC Charter:
Waldorf Chess Club is open to all chess players, beginners thru masters!
Our primary goal is to bring the joy and benefits of playing chess to everyone in our community,
who wants to learn and play chess while having fun in a nice family atmosphere.

WCC Memberships and Cost:
Adult:
Annual Adult Membership: $75 + (includes $3.25 Electronic Fee)
Full-Time Students (or Students Under 21):
2023 Annual Student Membership : $45 + (includes $2.25 Electronic Fee)
Other Memberships available by request:
Annual Family Membership (up to Two Adults and Two Children): $150 per year
Monthly Adult Membership: $15 per month
Adult One Day Pass: $5 per day
Monthly Student Membership: $10 per month
Student One Day Pass: $3 per day

WCC CLUB DONATIONS ALWAYS WELCOME AND TRULY APPRECIATED!!!!
Visitors are permitted one free visit.
USCF membership is required to play in USCF rated tournaments.
* Note: WCC membership is not required to play in USCF rated events at WCC, however some USCF tournaments will have entry fee discounts for WCC members. *
